BREATHING MUSCLE WEAKNESS!

I am trying to find information on breathing muscle weakness. I have primary carnitne deficiency but my doc and I do not think that is the cause. I would like to find people with this problem.

what is primary carnitne deficiency? I have pain in my back where my lung is and would like to know what this is??
