Toothpaste

Hi, I have stopped using toothpaste with fluoride, but I've found that my teeth aren't doing as well as before. I'm using an Indian herbal/chalk one now which is better than the tea tree toothpaste, which in turn was much better than the aloe vera toothpaste. But, I'm still not 100% satisfied.... Any suggestions?

I agree with Red, We love tom's of main. My teeth have never looked better. They make it in so many flavors but I'm a big fan of the fennel and the apricot. -

Sage leaves wiped over your teeth clean them and whiten them, you can also make Sage mouthwash - that really cleans your mouth and whitens your teeth. -

Sage mouthwash: 1 level tablespoon of fresh or 1 level teaspoon dried Sage per cup of water Put herbs into a bowl and add boiling water, leave overnight to steep, strain and bottle. Use about I egg cup full every day and keep in a cool dark place. If you find it too strong add some more water until it is at a strength you like. It has an accumulative property and will gradually whiten your teeth and strengthen your gums. It is also good as a gargle for sore throats. -
