are you sure not getting periods is the only symptom? i mean you said you also had to lose weight... (is this just baby weight?)
all i can suggest is eat helathy exorsize and take vitex as well as possibly goats rue (if you have insulin resistance too)
get some moms together n go to the gym

Hi ladies,
I just had a baby four months ago. I plan to start ttc again around his first birthday. Here is the thing though, I was dx'd borderline PCOS by my doc and to be honest I have NO clue what that means (the borderline part). I guess I was just so focused on getting preggo that I didn't ask to many questions. My ONLY symptom of PCOS is that I don't get my periods on my own. I did have an u/s to see what my ovaries looked like and it came back inconclusive.(This was all before I had the baby) Well now that I have had the baby I have been on BC pills for the past three months. I however didn't get a period this month when I should have. I have decided that I don't want to continue taking BC pills. I was just wondering what should I be doing right now then? I suspect that I'll have to take Provera to bring on my periods. I can't go too long without a period because I had hyperplasia in the past that I had to have a d&c to clear up. I see my ob/gyn in a couple of weeks to discuss what I should be doing now and I was just hoping to see what others are doing to get an idea of my options before I go into this appointment. (I DO need to lose weight too) Any advice on what actions I should take between now and the next time I ttc again? TIA!!

No it's not just pregnancy weight... hmmm... You know I always attributed my weight gain to getting older and less active as I was in high school and shortly after. However I did start to slowly add the weight shortly before going off the pill or so... don't remember. I do need to really focus on getting the weight off!!
Vitex? Goats Rue? What that?? I was taking metformin when I was ttc. -

herbs you can usually find at a health food store.
ask them for products that help with pms as well as insulin resistance. -
