Welcome
A DS fitness group where each week a member of the group will write out five 20 minute exercise routine suggestions for the week. Members may follow the suggestions or come up w/ their own 20 min. workout. Roll call will be daily where we'll share our progress. Everyone is encouraged to take two days off for rest! Expect variety!

yay! thanks for inviting me. i need this group. i've been trying to keep myself motivated to get in better shape. it's much better when other's keep you motivated and share the experience w/ you. i did 20 pushups standing up against the car today. two seperate sets of 10. i hope to ...
