  A prayer to all my friends out there i know how you feel, I'm feeling it now so empty and at loss for words or emotions. I left early today from work something i have never allowed this depression to do until today.

  sending a prayer to all the friends out there suffering, I just signed on and I am feeling hopeless and desperate for help. I have had panic attacks for over a week and I know my husband and children are being affected by this. I do believe in the power of prayer however and I ask for anyone to send one my way.
