I have this!

Physical symptoms of anxiety

Anxiety is more than just a feeling. As a product of the bodyâ??s fight-or-flight response, anxiety involves a wide range of physical symptoms. Because of the numerous physical symptoms, anxiety sufferers often mistake their disorder for a medical illness. They may visit many doctors and make numerous trips to the hospital before their anxiety disorder is discovered.

Common physical symptoms of anxiety include:

* Pounding heart
* Sweating
* Stomach upset or dizziness
* Frequent urination or diarrhea
* Shortness of breath

* Tremors and twitches
* Muscle tension
* Headaches
* Fatigue
* Insomnia

Also i am a compulsive person. I have a problem with cleaning. I have do it over and over.I vacuum at least once a day,must clean my counters with spray 50 times, do laundry every day, dust and hate a streaked mirror .If i see a speck on the floor i must pick it up.I get angry if people make a mess. HELPPPPPPPPPP

The sad thing is ive missed loads of fun because of me being the way i am.
The things you learn huh.

    Well what I would suggest is to get help and meds if you haven't already.Join a support group on here for anxiety if you want and maybe they will help,also you have all of us in this group who do care and will go through it with you and support you.I've had anxiety before so I know exactly what you are going through.I've got PTSD now which I'm working through.With the right help and support you will make it through and I'm here if you need me.Just hang in there.Hugs.
