riba rage

Posted on 06/17/08, 08:29 am
I think i may have just experienced some riba rage over the last four days, if anyone could shed some light would be appreciated as i dont know much about it. Had a stupid little argument with the other half and blew it so sky high i could nt look at him because i could feel the sick rising in my throat and seriously wanted to kill him, this continued for the next day, i took a wide birth from him as i knew i would flip. Couldnt eat, was to angry. Anyway all got sorted, that evening had bad night sweats fever and the following. Am left feeling exhausted and confused about what happened to me.

Hey honey, boy can I relate to that. I almost wacked my hubby with broom one time having riba rage. Looking back at it I can laugh about it but at the time I could have killed him. Are you taking any medication to help with that? I started taking ativan soon after that incident. I think he was scared of me after that, lol. I'm a pretty fisty lady anyway so while on the TX I was awful. I have to give my whole family a great big ole "THANK GOD YOU DIDN'T ABANDON ME" hug. It was absolutely awful. If you're not taking something to help you with depression and anxiety get something it really does help.

are you kidding..honey you stressed your liver to $hit..you need to ask your doc to UP your anti-depressants...you are on anti's right? I had the 'rage' one time during treatment..went off on my neighbor..he's 6'2 and 300lbs..I was banging on his door like a maniac..he was 'crackin' I had to call the police to calm ME down..they didn' come quick enough so I called 911 for an ambulance..no kidding..I doubled over with liver pain..and that was week 16 on treatment. My doc upped my Lexapro from 10 mgs a day to an extra 10mgs at night IF NEEDED..call you doc

I experienced the Rage all through tx, I have to laugh now, there was a couple of times things got pretty rough with Hubby and family, I do agree with the others, An Anti-anxiety medication, like xanax will help lots, and the Anti depressants are almost a necessity for this tx, You should let the Dr know, what your going through cause it can get bad if you don't address it, I threw my hubby half way across the living room trying to put up the Christmas tree, last year, He to became very scared of my moods, Lol, Thank God for Him understanding,
    Best of luck, God Speed,

Drink Drink Drink, and try to remain calm. Not easy, especially with all that pent up anger. It'll be over fore You know it!!!!
