Is it safe to get a tattoo during treatment?

Mr. Man, I ain't got no tatts....BUT! After we have our cookoff and I win...I do want one itty-bitty tat sayin' "I won!" And you have to have one HUGE tat sayin', "She won."

I got one right after my treatment last year, and it didn't heal very well at all, I would wait, and yes they ask if you have blood issues, Some will tat, and some don't, Tattman you better be saving one of those free tattoo's for me, Someday I am gonna come knocking,
