Revival
On the way to the revival, I was sort of expecting just some answers to some burning questions I had. I didn't really expect God to perform any miracles or anything on me! Those of you who know me, know the pain and torture I went through with those dibilitating headaches for almost 2 months now. Well, here's how the whole revival went. Timothy picked me up from my house because I couldn't get to where everyone else was meeting to leave. We went to his house and met Candace there. Then Timothy got washed up really quickly and dressed. We left. I was kinda nervous... nothing other than ol' sleu foot trying to bring me down again. We stopped for gas paid the tolls and then finally, we were there. When we walked in, we were welcomed by idk a pastor or assistant or someone. Then we went into the sanctuary. Everyone was worshipping God at that moment. I sat down next to Candace and I just absorbed all that was going on around me. Then I fell to my knees and cried out to God... Daddy, what am I doing that is preventing me from receiving my healing? What am I doing? Tell me Daddy, tell me! I'll do anything! Holy sweet Jesus, I praise your name, Daddy!
By then, the pastor started to speak so I got up and sat down. Sooner or later, I had my head in my hands and I was bawling again. I felt Timothy's hand grasping my shoulder and he prayed for me. Then later on, John Michael was sitting behind me and he hugged me. I started crying again. So then idk how long we stood there, but he prayed for me also. Now, I know that none of you know John Michael, but this man is really a MIGHTY MAN OF GOD! All while John Michael was praying, my shunt that had been bothering me for so long had this intense umm the only way I can describe it is just a tingling feeling. It didn't hurt, but it was just weird. When John Michael was done praying, He told me that he just saw a vision from God. He told me that God does love me and that I just have to accept it because He loves me. John Michael told me that whatever I had done in the past or whatever I couldn't forgive myself for, Jesus already had done that. All Jesus wants is for me to embrace His love like I embraced John Michael while he was praying for me. John Michael gave me the analogy of a baseball. It's like God has the baseball in the beginning and He wants to give it to us, so He throws it to us. It's our choice to accept it and catch it or not. Ok the night isn't over yet my brothers and sisters! After John Michael and I finished talking, a man from the church said that I should go up to the altar because there is a heavy annointing there and he didn't want me going home without receiving my blessing. So I walked up there and the pastor had all of Chicago House of Praise standing next to eachother shoulder to shoulder in a line. I was standing next to Pastor Bobbie Jo and she kept on asking me... Are you ready? Trust me, you need to be ready because the Holy Spirit is gonna flow through you like never before.... so the pastor shouts FIRE and just merely touches ppl and they just drop because the Holy Spirit is so strong! The pastor came to me and I fell out too! I just immediately began praising God and worshipping Him. My headache was completely healed right then and there. I am a totally different person right now! I am so on fire for God! Just if you're ever around me, unless you're prepared for it, don't shout FIRE because you're gonna see the Holy Spirit like you've never seen before! When we had to leave, I walked outside. I was so totally drunk in the spirit that my legs gave out! I just fell to the ground, but I didn't cry, I laughed! I laughed so hard, my tummy started to hurt! I don't remember much of the ride home because I fell asleep. I got home at like 1:13am. Wow I've been typing this for a half an hour already! I'm gonna go get some sleep! Yes I said it, SLEEP! Laying down sleep! GLORY TO GOD!
