MYSTERY PLANT!

Hi, guys...
You like gardening? I have a mystery 'plant' in my garden late this season.....it's as tall as a small tree, has leaves similar to the the shape of holly but BIG, and has flowers like morning glories but larger, white with a blush of lavender, and MOST important, it has these big burrs that look like thistle with thorns all over them. I would love to find out what it is and will try to upload a photo today....do you have any ideas? Do you know someone who could identify my mystery plant?

It sounds a lot like Jimson weed, and you should pull it up; Jimson weed is poisonous.
