Indoor plant lights

I see beautiful plants in malls and such and can't understand how they do it! I have bought plant lights before and don't have that result! Also, they have them kind of hidden a distance from the plant. The ones I buy have to go directly on top of the plant and are somewhat expensive. I hope someone here knows how to reproduce what the pro's do when decorating public places...

The ones at the malls are maintained by a service, and rotated out on a regular basis. The rest of the time, the plants are maintained in premium conditions. Plus, the plants at the malls are very easy care plants that are tolerant of diverse conditions.
