Things in life that make you smile?
Mine is when my daughter says "mommy I love you so much".
When a butterfly brushes past my nose.
When my daughter runs with her butterfly net trying frantically to catch the butterfly.
When I saw a sunflower growing on the side of the highway.
Just to name a few.

things that make me smile are seeing my grandson, watching birds fly, walking in nature and seeing others happy -

When I see my serious cat, Princess playing. She doesn't like to get caught having fun.
When I make chocolate chip cookies that turn out really well.
When I wash my linens and use Downey. I always use extra. Then get out of a hot shower and get into bed.
When my house is really clean so I can look around me and there's nothing to do but relax.
When I open my mailbox and there's a card or letter from a friend, (just because.) -

Those unexpected glimpses of nature's treasures.
Simple things, like cooking good foods that fill the house with the aromas.
Making clay beads, and then actually having an idea of what to do with them,
A good book.
Flowers.
A chance conversation with a stranger. -

The little things that makes me smile is my grandchildren taking time to make a card from a sheet of paper just to say I love you or happy birthday ,having a friend on here just drop by and give a hug . -

just watching my kids play or when look up at me smile and say i love you mommy. i remember one time i was really down and they came over and smiled. -

A random hug from my husband or kids, floating on my back(my happy place), the kids running to me yelling "Mom your home!" when I get home from work,holding my newborn grandson,a sunny day,flowering crab trees in bloom,finishing a piece of jewelry,"Moonshadow" by Cat Stevens. I could go on forever so I better stop now before I put everyone into a coma. -
