I just dont know how i should start. i've got a good job now and i've got time in between going back and forth to work, i dont want to waste that time anymore. If anyone has any suggestions i would be very greatfull.

Hi Mike :) I think the best thing to do is to start by walking. It doesn't have to be fast or long. Start with brisk walking, just so that your heart rate goes up a little, but don't kill yourself!!! If you can do 30 minutes a day of walking... that's great. After two weeks, add 15 minutes. Then, keep adding until you get to an hour. During that period, research on possible options for exercise. Maybe you can try different things in the gym, or maybe you can try videos, Maybe you really like walking and you wanna progress to running, but find something you like and you can have fun with. But keep active. ie - instead of the elevator, if it's possible, use the stairs. Park a little further when you go grocery shopping so you can walk more, take a stroll with your family or your dog, whatever can get you active. Good luck with everything :)
