Happy Friday Everyone!

What a beautiful morning already. It's nice a cool outside which made for a great run. I ran for 43:15, still have to work out how far it was on mapmyrun.com, but I have a feeling it was pretty far. I'm happy to be back on the road, I was off track for a bit. I need to remember this sense of excitement when I'm done. I'm ready for the weekend!
