Not a damn thing all week. I was benched by a neck injury. I hope everyone else has done better.

oh no!! So sorry to hear about your injury, that's awful. My thoughts are with you!

On Sunday I did something I had been dying to try - one full hour on the elliptical. 700 calories, 5 miles.
Tuesday I had my yoga class and it was great!!! I'm really loving the teacher and everything that we're doing. I learned a new side stretch that is fantastic.
Wednesday I had an hour with Kelly, did my fastest half mile on the elliptical ever (5 minutes) and spent the rest of the time doing strength. I'm really getting stronger, it's really exciting! :)
Thursday I was in the city, and my hamstrings were SO SORE walking around that, going down stairs into the subway, I was actually like taking a LOT of time because of how painful it was. So I took it easy when I got home.
I wish I had done something on Friday, but I was still a little sore. I stretched out my hams a lot, trying to get them to feel better... and they did this morning, so yay!!
So this morning, Saturday, I did 30 minutes on the elliptical.. over 2.5 miles, over 350 cals.

Hope everyone's doing well!!! Love and hugs,
    ~FluteSerenity :)
