i feel so rotten, i have not been able to exercise for 3 weeks, lucky to get up and shower. i can not wait to get myself back on track. i would cross my fingers if i could to start up again next week. does it count that i exercise every day in my heart?

Today I showered and shampoo'd. That was painful and exhausting and I didn't do a workout today. I still have tomorrow.

You know what I like about this forum? We're all in the same boat. Some of us have to paddle a little harder, some of us paddle slower, but we're all heading toward the same goal. Beat RA!

Beating RA can mean no pain. It can mean picking up a dropped sock with a pair of kitchen tongs (set aside for that purpose. lol). It can mean accomplishing a task despite RA.

You missed exercising for 3 weeks. Things happen, RA happens. But you said you can not wait to get yourself back on track. Well there ya' go. You've turned the rudder and are heading in the direction YOU want.

I'm hitting the slug boat as well. I try to at least walk slowly in times like this. It's pretty tough.

I have been in that boat too. Tried to walk down a huge flight of stairs on Memorial Day. What a big mistake. Just starting to get better now.

I have osteo arthritis plus other things, pain and fatigue are my biggest problem so move over if you don't mind I'd like to get in the boat, gently of course.
