To Be A Leader

I wrote this poem for our Girl Scout leaders. Tomorrow night is our last scout meeting until school starts. Please tell me what you think!
To Be A Leader
A leader must be fair.
Her time, she's willing to share.
A leader must adhere to the truth.
She is an example for our youth.
A leader must be courageous and strong.
She can admit when she's wrong.
A leader respects others, as well as herself.
She sacrifices, putting her wants on the shelf.
A leader makes the world a better place.
One can see it just by looking at her smiling face.
You've shown us these qualities through and through.
We're thankful that we get to spend time with you!
