Favorite Shakespeare

Ok, so some of you may find it odd, but the only Shakespearian play I've ever read was Romeo & Juliet. So, it is my favorite by default! I need to read more though! So which is your favorite?

I love Macbeth and Much Ado About Nothing. A Midsummer Night's Dream is up there as well. -

i used to read and act out shakespeare by myself when i was 12 or 13. in the front yard no less :).
the one that really sticks with me is othello. -

Watch Kenneth's Brannaugh's Hamlet too. It is better than Mel's or at least as good--just in case Mel is seeing this. But King Lear is the best of the tragedies. It has more depth, but then he wrote in an the end of his career. -

Othello, by far the best in my opinion. But, I also enjoy Much Ado about Nothing! Having taught Romeo and Juliet for the past 9 years, I know it very well. I still find something new in Othello every time I revisit it. That excites me!
