has anybody thought of getting the organizations together?

I find myself wondering what a difference would be made if all of these scholarships could somehow merge and have a massive fund raising effort. They could get the word out. I wonder if some celebrities might back them if they were aware of their existence. Oprah always seems interested in helping women and the disadvantaged throughout the world and she's struggled with her own body image issues in the past. Maybe we should write to her. Wouldn't it be amazing if we reached her? Wouldn't it just rock if she could help? Well that's the daydream for the moment. What do you think?

  I think it's an awesome idea, I am trying to work on a similar campaign for my NF issue...it's all about reaching the media, even if you start small with your local papers and news stations.

  GREAT idea. We could hit up Dr Phil and Tyra too (as much as I despise them)...

This group is to help raise awareness on eating disorders and discuss any sort of scholarship fund/fundraisers/marathons that are benefiting this cause.
