Hi! I'm Kaitlin- i'm almost 19 (my birthday is on May 26-- so in 22 days). I just finished my freshman year of college.... by the skin of my teeth.

I have suffered with an eating disorder for 7+ years. right now i am at "ednos" but i have been bulimic with anorexic tendencies on and off since i was 11. My parents don't know. I recently relapsed and want recovery more than anything fro this horrible disease. I think.

I'm stuck. I want to recover but at the same time- putting anything into my body is torture. in this past week i've screwed up my grades. ended up in the er last. now my chest is hurting like crazy and im scared i might get kicked out of school. im freaking out. im refusing to put anything into my body at all. im a mess.

Hey hunny, I hate to be horrid, but this is actually a forum for upcoming charity events to help the ED cause- maybe it would be better and you'd get more responses at the main ED forum.

But as for your struggles, the first thing you need to do is ask for help. Go to the people you trust, and who have known you the longest: probably your parents. You've suffered long enough, and you don't want this to go on any longer, as you've said. Start therapy, and see an RD. Also see a doctor regularly and a psychiatrist for any medication you may need. It is definitely possible that your school with withdraw you- it happened to me in February 2007. The biggest thing that you need to do is reach out.- ask for help, from God, from your parents, from professionals. We will be here to support you. :)
