help!

i'm not doing good at all. i haven't got out of bed in three day, nor have i taken a shower. i just don't care. the only positive thing is i have not had a drink over it. maybe, because that would mean getting dressed, and going out. i don't know what wrong, can't put my fingure on it. i've been praying to my HP, doesn't seem to be helping. guess i'll go back to bed.

  Its been awhile since you posted this.....make a list of more positive things in your life....there is more than 1.....keep having faith your high power will help....maybe not in your time but in his..........
