i haven't got a name for this and its not my best i just thought id share it you can name it if you want :) thankyou for reading

if we fear we will soon hate
if we despise we will eventually be cruel
if we let a tear escape a fountion is sure to be waiting
if we give in, giving up will only follow
but
if we stand tall we become strong
if we smile we can then laugh
if we stop and think we will stop and help
if we only hold on one more second that second will mean a life time to another
