I am trying my best to think positively. That little voice in the back of my head likes to try to creep back. I feel like I'm fighting off a horde of ninjas sometimes.

yes, i understand. sometimes trying to see the positive side in things can get to the point where you just think whats the point, nothing is going right anyway. i think that thinking positive isn't always easy, for you me or anyone, but thinking negatively is way worse, i know someone who does nothing but see the worst in everything and is never happy, and is always saying 'i'm sick of my life, nothing ever goes right for me' but it is no way to live, you have to be happy with what you have, and be positive about what you can have, otherwise you just give up and don't stand a chance at progress.
    many hugs to all...

Hi, I'm new here....Just finish talking to a member of my family..she was telling me something that upset her...and I know panic set in...Last time I visited her my bllod pressure went up (which I cannot blame entirely on her) but its not calm at all when I'm around her (family member cannot always avoid).
WHAT TO DO take a tranquillizer (have none) muscle relaxer..buy some Benedryl?
