I'm tired of my life
Posted on 07/06/08, 02:32 pm
I don't want to be alive, I'd rather be dead. Right now I can't find a solution to my depression which comes and goes constantly. I'm in a relashionship in which I want out, because it is not in favor with God, but is the only thing that keeps me from depression at times. So, what I'm I supposed to do?

trust in the lord. he's the only cure for depression. i have felt like you and i put my faith in God and he granted me so much peace that it was amazing how i felt so alive. if you think your current relationship is not in favour with God, you should come out of it. you should then concentrate on praising God and he would gladly open his arms for you and shower you with his blessings. God wants us to repent for our sins. Surrender yourself to him. I'll remember you in my prayers and ask the lord to have mercy on you and bless you with relief from the depression. -

Well it does not seem that the relationship you are in is doing a very good job of keeping you out of the depression. Better a full time relationship with our Lord than a lousy worldly one with a body. Really and truly invite Jesus to sit with you and visit. He will sit with you. He will listen as no person has, can or will listen to you. He knows you. Every single thing about you and every cell of your body, He knows.
Have you ever thought that maybe dying, being dead outside of Christ, would just be an eternal continuation of how you feel now but add to it hell fire, and everything bad, nothing good? Nothing. Not even a whiff of cool air. Whew, thank God for the blood of our Savior. Take it. Bathe in it. -

Hi. Please seek professional help. You don't have to feel this way and it doesn't need to be forever. I don't know why you feel that way or what brought you to it, but it is not inevitable that you must continue to feel as such. Seek help... God bless you.

Even though our situations are different, I totally understand where you're coming from. Just hang in there, ok. I know it's hard, but you'll be fine. -
