When my ex left last year my dqaughter became very angry,ive been to a number of differnt people to get her some help and at last they are listening to me,what really winds me up is im here all the time wih her being angry and he only sees it for about 1 hour a week,its not fair

i hear its safe for them to be angry at us. i live with a very angry thirteen year old who is being used by his father all the time. it hard to live with daily. hopefully the help you get her will help her learn to channel the anger to the cause of the source.

This group is to help us all be the best parent possible in a difficult situation. We know its about the kids, yet how do we do this with all the anger and resentment of divorce. Hopefully we can brainstorm ideas, encourage one another and just know we are not alone. How do we do the best for our kids when we are having a hard time taking care of ourselves?
