  I always play with my hair. I know it is dangerous but its still good if you don't pull and can resist the urges.
  Maybe take a stressball to work or something to do with your hands - some string and do string games!!

  I found the largest ball they list is an experiment to see if a ball of it would bounce from a 7 story building. But they bought the putty in bluk so that's not the same as we are talking about.

  89 days is amazing...actually today should be 90!! That is fantastic and truly inspirational! Thanks for your support as well! I bought some silly putty this weekend in honor of you! =) My kids thought it was a bit odd, but oh well! lol

You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Oh what a relief. This board is for people that are serious about learning all they can about Trichotillomania. Yep that big old long word that is the bane of our world. Trich is tricky. But with knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. So lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.
