Dumped

I have just been dumped by my boyfriend, and I am very upset and sad. I don't think I can handle it without him. I feel worthless, Like a dirty rag tossed to the side. I don't think I could ever be loved like that again. It felt so nice to be loved for who I am. He made me feel special. I can't get back what I gave now. I don't know what to do. Please help me!
