We all know that eating raw fruits and vegetables is highly beneficial for our health. When we cook our foods, we lose a lot of the nutrients and vital enzymes. This group is dedicated to anyone who is wanting to improve their health by eating a diet rich in RAW/LIVE FOODS (raw-vegan diet). As the group name suggests, this group is designed to support people transitioning from the Standard American Diet to a primarily raw-vegan diet, but is open to all levels of the RAW/LIVE FOOD lifestyle.
