I haven't seen that, probably won't. At least not any time soon.
Hate to disagree with you but I really don't like Bill Mahr.
It is too bad that so many things that have happened in the world for a very long time are in the name of religion. I have nothing against anyone believing is whatever they want but they have to understand that each of us also has the right to think what we want too. Religion is not the main problem. The problem is that people want to force others to think the same as they do. We need to be more understanding toward others and also find a way to show them to be understanding too.
I don't think that will ever happen but it would be nice.

I just saw this movie tonight and it was really awesome.. I personally can't wait for it to come out on DVD. And Bill Mahr is right.. we need to stand up against religion before we completely destroy ourselves.

but the essence of the main religions is to force it on others. Another problem with most religions is that they inhibit science.. can you imagine where we'd be without the dark ages? 300 years when science was banned and punishable by death? Americans have the highest percentage of people who don't believe in evolution than anyone in the world next to Turkey. We're a first world country and we still have huge amounts of ignorance.. and that's the biggest problem.. that many religions promote ignorance. they promote superstition and mythology over facts and science. people can believe whatever they want.. but if you live in 2008 and believe the world is flat and there's no such thing as gravity.. then there's a problem. -

Can't think of an argument to that.
Good answer.
