I finished it but still am focusing on the relaxation and self-talk sections mostly. I go back to it everyday or so to remind myself I can do it! :) How are you doing with it?

Today I HAVE to get back to the
relaxation part.
I have had 2 tragedys in my family
in a month and a half and now
I am trying to stop smoking * helppp *
I will get back to it today

I HAVE to get into the relaxation
part more heavily. I have so much Stress around me
it is so hard to find any ME time..
