Hey Ladies!
I have a question that may seem a little strange. I was wondering if any of you thought about having a Godparent for the baby you lost? I've been thinking about it and I would like to have someone around on the anniverseries just to chat with or have some kind of ceremony with. So have any of you thought about this or does anyone have a godparent for their baby? Thanks for reading this =)

To be honest I think it would be too weird to pick godparents for the baby I lost. Even though most of my friends are really supportive, they still dont understand the loss of miscarriage quite as well as women who have experienced it. I think to them it would be awkward to be godparents for the baby I miscarried. Also, I want the people I was thinking of to be my deceased babies godparents, to be the godparents for the next child I have, if God willing everything works out. -

Yeah i think it may be too strange...and it would be more of a reminder which i would rather just move past...although i know it will be with me always at least i wouldn't have that constant reminder and some people just don't or won't understand. -

I actually have Godparents for both of my angels. My only son and first losses Godmommy is my BFF, Mallory (she is currently expecting her first in august). My second loss, Charlie Larissa, has my baby sister as her Godmother. She calls calls me every month on the 25th and just talks. She is even planning a small get together on my due date of Nov. 6th. I think its very inportant to give our angels Godparents. Even angels need an angel. -

Hey Jamie,
I think that's great! I would love to have a godparent for Morgan and be able to have the same support you have. I'm glad to see that I am not the only one who sees this as important *HUGS*
