Quantum Wellness

the new book I love by Kathy Freston.
...if we are generous in our heart, we will see a generous world. If we are loving and compassionate, love and compassion will be reflected back to us. Each of our actions-kind or unkind- ripple out and affect the others around us, and splash backto us in ways we can't even imagine. When we make another life better, we make our own life better.....the more you extend yourself in service, the more you will cease feeling alone and insignificant, and you will relax into the awareness that you have become part of the force of evolution and expanding consciousness.
I just love it and thought I would share.
