So, I didn't post it. Today is a bit better. Pain is pretty severe. I slept with two heating pads. My Neuro says that as long as the heat doesn't bring up my over all core temp it... But a bit, so hows about a smile ... even if a flat one. Teehee. Still extremely tired today. No seizure last night. Took twice my meds for seizures, and seems to have done the trick. Enough for now. Must fix the fast food Thai dinner plates. The most horrible think happened to me in my sleep last night. Apparently, I had another seizure, and this one must have been a woozy. I awoke in a puddle! How can that be?? How embarrassing is that?? I got up, picked up my down cover to take with me to the couch... I woke up realizing (for the first time being aware of it) that I had just had a seizure. Usually, when I have one I am dead asleep, and never EVER wake up. This time, it was almost 7:30 AM, highest time to be up and about, and I was almost awake anyw... Pain was always present, however, I was able to endure it. If we were to gauge our MS pain according to the pain ratio that the doctors use, you know, they say "What is your pain level at, between 1 to 5?" I would have to say a 3. We sat under our umbrella outside ... Mon, 07 May 2007 06:08:40 +0100 wandawithMS's entry on 05/06/2007 02:01 http://dailystrength.org/people/45900/journal/154828 Saturday has been a really nice day. I walked 1.2 miles yesterday, and then went shopping today. Needless to say, I needed all meds by the time I made it home. Since I was driving, I couldn't take mine, as here in Nevada the DUI thing is really taken seriously. Just a bit of Vicoden, and you are und... I slept until 10:00 AM, but then I was up until 4:30 AM, so, all in all that is what ... 5.5 hours of sleep? Not too bad. Not great, either, but all in all I will take it. The last 2 days have been so much better for me. I am not really sure as to why, and I don’t q... Please, do note the second part. 1) Pain: what’s new 2) Candida Yeast infection of the abdominal intestinal tract and the cure … and how it affects MS (Leaky Gut) 1) I sit here, trying to work. I still managed to walk .8 of a mile, half of it up hill. That was challenging. I have read that you have to continue to work out even though it might hurt, as long as you don't over do it. Huh. One has to wonder exactly what is considere... I could hardly walk. The dizziness was like being on a boat, going up and down, not round and round. It made one completely nauseous. It simply would not go away. A visit to my MD did not yield anyth... Who needs that!! So, here goes: Part 1: Hi, I am going to borrow from my last line of this first journal entry: “Well, this is getting way too long for a very fir... Sun, 29 Apr 2007 23:53:56 +0100
