			<description><![CDATA[Same here.  I didn't bruise at first but do now. Or at least have a red spot that stays for weeks.  Hard to find new spots to give the shot.]]></description>

I was told by the <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Rebif" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Rebif')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Rebif">rebif</a> people that you should do <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Heat" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Heat')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Heat">heat</a> before and then cold after.  Also the thing that I find that helps the best is rubbing the injection site for about two minutes or longer]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[i am not on rebiff. i am on beta seron. its similar its under the skin.  i was having the same problem at first with the bruising. i figured out i had to press just a little harder than i thought and now i am  not having any problems.]]></description>
