So cannot risk my little savings in that.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[It depends how severe your OCD is. I was given a residential place within 3 months. It certainly doesn't take years. I think out-patient therapy takes around eight months.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I heard that if you can't get <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Cognitive_Behavioral_Therapy" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Cognitive_Behavioral_Therapy')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Cbt">CBT</a> for whatever reason, you can get some <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Reading" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Reading')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Books">books</a> on it.  It is just retraing your thinking to go through something. 
  
 Like if you have an intrusive thought, instead of fighting it, you would recognize it for what it is and work through it always knowing that it was just...]]></description>

I have learned tools to help but I am currently going through a difficult time with my OCD and so it definately doesnt cure but does help you learn how to manage better.]]></description>
