			<description><![CDATA[Schmotti is correct.  I have a 6 year old and a 1 year with MSUD.  It is a very unknown condition that can be "maintained" by treatment and diet but not cured, minus a <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Liver_Transplant" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Liver_Transplant')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Liver Transplant">liver transplant</a>.
