			<description><![CDATA[I think it may depend also on how much you have to lose. I only lost 80, but started at 220. According to my docs, I was at my goal (cholesterol)- so, I cant tell you. I am 10 months out- but I am also 14 weeks pregnant- so, my weight loss is a little screwed up.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Well I was told 18 months to 2 years...I lost my weight in about 13 months and i've been stable since...I fluctuate about 5 lbs up and down now, so if that remains the same I'm happy.
