			<description><![CDATA[I usually use a search engine and type in 'convert mmol/l to mg/dl' (or the other way around) and then go for one of the top results. I think there is a mathematical formula but I don't know it.]]></description>

 The math is 18.ie US to metric = US divided by 18= metric.Metric x 18=US. 
 I'm in Canada and was pretty confused by it for a while too.
