It puts me in a trance.  I love that feeling. It is the only thing other than sex that can quiet my mind for a few minutes.]]></description>

It isn't a competition and is never intended to push you beyond your limits. 
 One time in my favorite <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Yoga" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Yoga')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Yoga">yoga</a> class I just laid on my matt the entire time and did my own <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Relaxation" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Relaxation')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Relaxation">relaxation</a> class.  it is weird because sometimes i feel great and because of 15 years of ballet (from when i was 6 thru 21) i am flexible and strong when my back is healthy....
