			<description><![CDATA[If you are taking insulin or meds dont walk if you have not eaten you may go too low. 
 Your body needs fuel to work propely. if you know you are going to excersise eat first, not too much, and then excersise. Your body will soon tell you when you need to eat again if you tune into your hunger signals]]></description>

 I can't walk, but I'm trying to get in a good spin in my manual wheelchair each day. My blood sugar is high enough in the morning to excercise without eating, but I always have a small snack (say, 1 whole grain toast & pnut butter)then I have another small b'fast later. She is diabetic and I have osteoarthritis.
