			<description><![CDATA[I contacted CCCS which is a nonprofit agency and associated with The National Foundation for <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Credit_Counseling" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Credit_Counseling')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Credit Counseling">Credit Counseling</a>.  They were very helpful and respectful.  They pulled my credit report, analyzed my monthly budget and offered a DMP (debt management program).

			<description><![CDATA[We ended up filing Chapter 13. They don't take anything like chapter 7. 13 is where you pay so much a month it is so much better to file 13 than 7. It shows that you willing to work it out.  
  
 We did the Credit cousling....it sucked and people kept screwing up our information.
