 The only advice I can give is make sure you get plenty of rest, <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Physical_Exercise" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Physical_Exercise')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Exercise">exercise</a> etc.  These really do help with quality of life.]]></description>

Those really are the two main things for any epileptic, regardless of type, and will help very mush to reduce the frequency of episodes.  Good luck - and don't let it get on top of you. 			<description><![CDATA[Tip 1: I'd put the meds in 2 weekly pill containers.. one in the kitchen  containing a week's worth of supper pills and one in my bedroom with a week's worth of AM pills so I could take each day when I woke.  
 That way there was no confusion over if I had or hadn't taken my meds.
