			<description><![CDATA[Mine was very violant.  I threw up the prep first of all and then couldn't <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Leave" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Leave')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Leave">leave</a> the bathroom.  The kicker was that I had diarrea all day before I started the prep.  There wasn't anything in me when I started doing the prep.

			<description><![CDATA[I read on another board a few years ago how well <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Psyllium" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Psyllium')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Psyllium">psyllium</a> husks were in helping to prevent flare ups (aka <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Psyllium" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Psyllium')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Metamucil">Metamucil</a>.) I was always skeptical of that stuff until I tried it. 
  
 I haven't had to do the <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Cipro" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Cipro')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Cipro">Cipro</a> <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Flagyl" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Flagyl')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Flagyl">Flagyl</a> routine for over two years! 			<description><![CDATA[I didnt use that for my last colonscopy, THey now use <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Miralax" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Miralax')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Miralax">Miralax</a>, you mix with whatever you want to drink. 
 Got tired of drinking it but it worked good and the taste was whatever I wanted it to be. Alot of gatorade.

No red or purple color drink for this test. The test was painless, you do not remember anything ever touching your behind. Even after the procedure. It never felt like someone just had a scope up your rear end.
