			<description><![CDATA[Yeah it hurts. With my first baby it hurt for about a year (i had a tear that was not stitched properly) but this time around it only hurt for 3-4 times, its still uncomfortable but no pain. Maggielooop is right lube, it helps especially if you cant produce enough yourself.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Yep, it hurts at first (and I didn't even have the epiostomy!)  It does get better though, friends I have talked two have said it have take anything from 6 weeks to a year.  With me it took about 2 months and a talk to my husband about being gentle or being a very lonely boy :)]]></description>
