 7 days / week 15 -30 min each session and do 2-3 sessions/day 
 15-90 min / day 
  
 be consistant 
  
 Pools are inexpensive therapy

			<description><![CDATA[The injections on your back will make it worse and will add more scar tissue. I take it you have had an MRI scan or xrays, you need a specialist not just in name but someone who actually knows what they are looking at. Only an MRI scan will show up nerve damage.

 Honestly, I'm not sure how an MRI & EMG differ, so I can't advise there, however if it's been a year+ since you had either one done, a new neurosurgeon will prob. request a new one.
