Had to do with my sugar being high all the time.Also I smoke that doesn't help. If your job lets you, maybe some good tennis shoes and good socks. Unfortunately, mine has also spread to my arms.  Make sure you see a neurologist and get a proper diagnosis.  If you have neuropathy, there are ways to slow it down, but...]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I try to buy white cotton socks and then I cut the elastic treads out the top except for the very top. Then I bring a change for half way thru the day. Lunch break I try to elevate and remove for the 1/2 hr. Mornings I dry feet with a hair dryer.  Night I soak them in warm water.]]></description>
