			<description><![CDATA[I am looking for the same answers too. I take abt 1,000 mgs omega 3 a day, I believe. I am not sure if that is correct amount. Im addition to high cholesterol, my tricy. are high as well , like over 350. I've had side effects with all. My doc says if I want to go Natural, I should take <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Red_Yeast_Rice" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Red_Yeast_Rice')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Red Yeast Rice">Red Yeast Rice</a> but I should still take the <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Zetia" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Zetia')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Zetia">Zetia</a>. It is a highly concentrated omega3 compound in a capsule.
