 don't take hot showers. that will help the itchy skin. also, instead of showering..once every couple days you can take an oatmeal bath to help soothe your skin. i took one today. just take an old sock that you don...]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Hey, Ur not alone, I even used a lot of Pinetarsoerol, and other lotions to relieve itching, and it never worked, My DR said not to be in the shower or baths for a long period of time, which isnt great when u love your showers! Xxx]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Hot showers/baths are especially bad because they draw the moisture out of your skin. Try warm water instead.  BTW You might want to read the following link. 			<description><![CDATA[Yes!! I've experienced this and I just recently started using organic soap and it helped me so much. Get it from Trader Joes or Wholefoods.  No more soap from reg stores!
