			<description><![CDATA[Wife just got MM.  Doctor put her on Revlimid/Velcade/Dex as first line treatment.  She is in her 1st. cycle. 
 Also getting <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Radiotherapy" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Radiotherapy')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Radiation">Radiation</a> for 8 days.  Wife is 46.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[My first treatment was <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/VAD" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/VAD')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Vad">VAD</a> chemo which didn't work.  Then I was put on thalidomide/dex. It worked! I was then able to have my stem cell transplant within 5 months. The only side effect I had was numbness in my toes which I still have after almost 4 years. The side effects of the dex were worse.]]></description>

Offered <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Thalidomide" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Thalidomide')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Thalidomide">thalidomide</a> as maint' drug but decided not to take yet, wanted mt body to rest after high dose chemo.]]></description>

All went away except the bottom of my feet when I stopped taking it. But had to stop because of pain in my feet and legs.
