Unfortunately, I don't have the discipline a lot of the time to keep it up.   
 Also, pay attention to which type of <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Meditation" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Meditation')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Meditation">meditation</a> you are doing.  I did zen <a href="http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Meditation" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://dailystrength.org/treatments/Meditation')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Meditation">meditation</a> where I focused on the vowel "om" for a while. Some say take a mantra and repeat it for a 20 minutes, or an hour, or say it 23 or 108 times...If that's what works then just pick a positive word....Happy Happy Joy Joy....
